Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — St. Louis, MO Up to $120,000 | Monday to Friday | No evenings or weekends

About the role
We are hiring BCBAs across four clinic locations in St. Louis. These are full-time, salaried, clinic-based positions working exclusively in early intervention ABA with children aged 0–6.
Caseloads of 6–10 clients. Core hours Monday to Friday, finishing by 4:30 every day. No evenings. No weekends. No taking work home.
What the role involves
- Carrying a caseload of 6–10 early intervention clients
- Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans
- Supervising and supporting RBTs on the floor
- Conducting assessments, parent training, and care coordination
- Working within a fully assent-based, no-restraint clinical model
Salary and benefits
- Base salary up to $120,000 depending on experience

- Active BCBA certification
