Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, digitally savvy Online Sales Executive to join our remote-first sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from initial web-inquiry follow-ups and virtual product demonstrations to contract negotiation and final sign-off—entirely through digital channels. The ideal candidate excels at building immediate virtual rapport, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable executing a high volume of digital touchpoints daily.

Core Responsibilities

• Digital Pipeline Management: Own, track, and advance inbound digital leads, web inquiries, and qualified opportunities through the remote sales cycle.
• Virtual Presentations: Conduct highly engaging, value-driven product demonstrations and proposal presentations via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• High-Volume Outreach: Maintain a consistent cadence of phone, email, and social messaging to touch points within targeted digital segments.
• Objection Handling & Closing: Master remote negotiation strategies, manage virtual decision-making committees, and close deals efficiently using digital transaction tools.
• CRM Accuracy: Ensure 100% data integrity in the CRM, tracking all interactions, deal stages, and forecasting metrics in real time.
• Collaborative Handoffs: Partner seamlessly with digital marketing teams for lead feedback and customer success teams for smooth digital onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Online retail account management, or remote closing experience with a proven quota-carrying record.
• Digital Communication Master: Superior verbal and written communication, with the specific ability to convey enthusiasm, professionalism, and clarity without face-to-face presence.
• Virtual Selling Acumen: Proficient in using digital tools to present data, handle objections, and navigate screen-sharing presentations fluidly.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity ecosystems (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, electronic signature tools like DocuSign).
• Self-Discipline: High level of autonomy and time-management skills to remain productive and hit daily activity metrics in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot messaging based on live analytics, digital consumer behavior, and evolving industry trends.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

31,200 to 39,000 USD
