About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced aesthetic injectors who are passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This is not an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must have prior experience independently performing cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, within a plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics or comparable aesthetic practice setting. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, artistic judgment and a patient-centered approach while collaborating with physicians and fellow aesthetic providers to deliver outstanding results and an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Active Florida licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum three years of independent aesthetic injection experience required Demonstrated expertise performing neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment and treatment planning Proven ability to conduct consultations, develop treatment plans and build long-term patient relationships Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and patient-centered care Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience within a plastic surgery, dermatology or medical aesthetics practice preferred Competitive compensation package Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer match Company-paid life insurance Continuing education support Employee discounts on aesthetic treatments and skincare products About Aesthetic Partners Azul is part of Aesthetic Partners, a growing network of premier aesthetic brands across the United States.
