Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager Akkodis is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC (Remote). The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud project delivery and scope governance to manage risks, drive go-live readiness and ensure successful outcomes in vendor-customer environments. Rate Range: $64/Hour to $68/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager Job Responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, from planning and design through go-live and hypercare support. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within agreed objectives. Collaborate closely with customer and vendor teams to drive integrated project planning and execution. Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees (SteerCo), and change control processes. Oversee testing, deployment readiness, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting to stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective change management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of IT experience, including experience leading enterprise HR transformation and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation programs. Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases. Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk and change management, and delivery within vendor-customer engagement models.
