The role is ideal for an individual who thrives on challenges, is highly detail‑oriented, and has a solid understanding of tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including S Corporations, Corporations, and Individual income tax clients. Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing complex corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns. Conducting tax research and planning to optimize tax strategies for clients. Assisting in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients. Keeping abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide timely and accurate advice to clients. Providing guidance to junior staff and overseeing their work for quality and accuracy. Liaising with tax authorities and providing tax audit support for clients. Collaborating with other team members to provide superior client service. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex tax concepts and effectively applying tax knowledge to client situations. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a related field. Expertise in S Corp, Corporations, Income Tax, Individual, Corporate Tax Returns, and Tax Accounting. Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in tax software and technology.
