Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient, dialysis, or similar patient care settings strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care across a range of ages
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Outpatient RN Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Coordinate care with the clinical team to support safe and effective treatment
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of nursing practice
• Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and professional guidance
• Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining a calm and organized workflow
