Registration & Title Specialist

TommyCar Auto Group is seeking a detail-driven Registration & Title Specialist to process our titles, stock in vehicles and process registrations. This position supports the sales process and is vital to a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

Process registrations, title work, and transfers accurately and on time
Maintain compliance with RMV/DMV requirements and track outstanding paperwork
Log incoming inventory, assign stock numbers, and maintain accurate vehicle records
Partner with sales, finance, and accounting to resolve paperwork issues quickly

What You Bring

Exceptional organization and follow-through; comfortable managing many open items at once
Strong computer skills and comfort with dealership software
Prior title, registration, DMV/RMV, or dealership administrative experience preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
