Graboyes Window & Door is a third-generation, family-owned home improvement company serving Greater Philadelphia since 1949. We're hiring outgoing, energetic people to represent us at home shows, county fairs, festivals, and community events across the Philadelphia region.

This is not a sales job. You are not closing anyone, quoting prices, or knocking on doors. Your job is to start friendly conversations with homeowners at our booth, find out whether they're dealing with drafty windows, a front door that sticks, or siding that's seen better days — and book them a free, no-obligation in-home consultation with one of our design consultants.

Your main responsibilities in this role go as follows:

1. Professionally representing Graboyes Window & Door at various home shows, festivals, and other types of events across the Philly Metro area.

2. Talking to attendees at the event about their future home improvement plans and signing them up for free estimates.

3. Following our tried and true marketing methodology

4. Setup and break down the company booth before and after the show.

Key qualifications include:

1. Have a great outgoing personality and love to help people.

2. Be available to work every weekend.

3. Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license

4. Able to stand for 5–6 hour shifts, outdoors in varying weather

5. Be able to lift 20-30 lbs.

**Not required:**

- Experience. We train you completely

- A background in construction, windows, or home improvement.

- A sales background. Some of our best reps came from serving, bartending, retail, and coaching.

We pay on a base plus bonus comp plan. On target earnings for this role is $25-$45/hr in this role, however we don’t cap bonuses, and we love to reward a job well done!
