Supply Chain Technician - Full Time

Advanced Supply Chain Technician Find your calling at Mercy! Advanced Supply Chain Technician will utilize and demonstrate advanced level supply chain software systems to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supplies and linen, and assist in managing PAR inventories. The position ensures appropriate supplies/linens are stocked, delivered, and inventory is maintained across multiple locations. Technicians will also mentor and train new coworkers, and at times serve as a liaison between supply chain and clinical leaders. Position Details Supply chain software systems usage at an advanced level. Supply and linen management across multiple sites. Mentoring and training new team members. Liaison between supply chain and clinical leadership. Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of Mercy Preceptor Course within 6 months. Mastery of Supply Chain Technician Competencies or 2 years direct healthcare supply chain experience or 2 years large-scale supply chain experience. Preferred Qualifications 12 months experience in Mercy Supply Chain Technician role. Certification/Registration: Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Other skills and knowledge as applicable.
