The Opportunity We are seeking skilled Directional Drill Locators who are local to the Sparks/Reno area. This position reports to the Construction Manager and offers an opportunity to join a strong, collaborative team at an early stage of growth, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the continued expansion of GRC. Responsibilities Operating directional drill locating equipment and product support equipment Safely operates drill equipment on job site which may include but not limited to the following: Directional Drill, Backhoe/Excavator, Skid Steer, Tractor Trailer (Moving Equipment / Haul Water), Vacuum Truck/Trailer Reads utility, locates and coordinating day lighting of these facilities Restores and/or landscapes disturbed areas of the job site Responsible for the site set-up and clean-up Load and unload tools, materials and equipment on truck Will be involved in new site Job Safety Analysis - JSA prior to starting construction Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic May be required to work overtime; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or be on-call as work is needed to ensure work is completed Ability to follow instruction Required Qualifications Directional Drill Locating: 1 year A valid driver's license is required for most positions On-call and weekend availability Preferred Qualifications Falcon F5 experience preferred
