We are seeking a security-minded technology professional with experience in encryption, key management, cybersecurity, and platform engineering . The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with collaboration skills and be comfortable working across engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.

The Encryption-as-a-Service (EaaS) Platform Engineer will help advance enterprise encryption capabilities by designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting standardized encryption and key management services across enterprise environments.

• Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise encryption and key management services across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to onboard new use cases.
• Integrate centralized encryption and key management capabilities into business solutions.
• Develop self-service capabilities, automation, and operational processes.
• Maintain service documentation, onboarding procedures, support models, and operational runbooks.
• Implement and support integrations with centralized key management platforms and cloud-native key management services.
• Monitor service performance and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
• Support cybersecurity policies, technical standards, and regulatory requirements related to data protection, encryption, and key management.
• Participate in technology evaluations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Provide guidance to development and infrastructure teams on encryption best practices and service consumption.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, application development , or related technology functions.
• Experience with encryption, key management, secrets management, certificate management, or cloud security .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP .
• Scripting/automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, C#, or Go .
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, API integrations, and service-based architectures .
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Harness , or similar automation/CI/CD technologies.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, JFrog , or similar source-control/development tools.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift , or cloud-native technologies is desirable.
• Understanding of Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architectures is a plus.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, secure coding, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud KMS, Fortanix DSM , or similar technologies is preferred.
• Financial services, regulated-industry, or large-enterprise experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP , or equivalent are a plus.

• Strong cybersecurity and platform engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with encryption and enterprise key management .
• Comfortable working across cloud, infrastructure, application, and security teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Automation-oriented with a focus on scalability and operational excellence.
