Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview A litigation boutique law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Chicago office. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys and collaborate with a team of four other paralegals to provide comprehensive litigation support. This position is primarily onsite in downtown Chicago and plays a key role in case preparation, discovery, trial support, and client service. Responsibilities Proofread, edit, and cite-check memoranda and briefs File documents in state and federal electronic filing systems Assist with discovery, including document production and management of electronically stored information Support deposition preparation and management, including use of relevant software tools Coordinate all aspects of trial preparation, including onsite trial management (may require travel) Provide project management support to ensure deadlines and litigation milestones are met Required Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, including multiple trial experiences Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and project management skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team Strong interpersonal skills with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact Preferred Paralegal Certificate or bachelor’s degree Experience with document management systems Familiarity with Westlaw and deposition processing software #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Acquisition LLC
