Core Guide: Peer Recovery for Whole-Health Wellness

firsthand Health is seeking a Core Guide to support individuals living with serious mental illness. You will leverage lived experience to build trust, schedule appointments, and link clients to behavioral and physical wellness resources. The Core Guide partners with clinicians and care teams to ensure access to services, assist with transportation, and advocate for client goals in a trauma-informed, whole-health framework.
