• Starting pay of $24+/hour based on experience 
• Flexible shift options: 5 Day shift (Monday–Friday, 45-hour workweek) or 4 Day Shift (Monday–Thursday, four 10-hour shifts) 
• Fridays end at 3:30 p.m. on Day Shift

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build custom steel structures used in electrical substations and transmission projects throughout the United States. Your responsibilities may include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Laying out, fitting, and tacking components
• Performing high-quality GMAW welds
• Operating material-handling equipment
• Using measuring tools to ensure precision and quality
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area
• Contributing to projects that support critical infrastructure nationwide

• 5+ years of welding experience preferred
• AAS degree in Welding is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
