Aviata at Bradenton Villas, a premier healthcare organization, seeks a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our staff, residents, and families. Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday from 9a-5p.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments, responding to inquiries and requests for information
• Interact with residents, families, and staff in a courteous, tactful, and friendly manner
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and business documents
• Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems
• Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary
• Enter missed punches for staff and agency employees, reconcile hours daily, and coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
