This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearanceRoles & Responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet operational and security requirements.Develop and document system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation efforts.Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex system issues.Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and best practices.Generate reports and provide technical briefings to stakeholders.Requirements:Active TS/SCI w/ Poly ClearanceAn Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experienceA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate's degree)A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor's)A Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master's and a Bachelor's)Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, IT infrastructure, or related fields.Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory).Strong understanding of system lifecycle processes, data analysis, and IT security principles.Experience with enterprise IT systems, databases, and cloud-based solutions.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
