Job Overview Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing – Luverne, Minnesota. Provide routine treatment and care. Assess changes in patients' health status and perform various treatments. Administer medications and document administration meticulously to ensure continuity of care. Assist patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing) and maintain thorough records.
