Position Overview We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team at the AESC Battery Plant. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Schedule & Shifts Available Position 1:
- 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday
- 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Weekends as needed
- 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Every other Thursday
- $14.50 per hour
- No shift premium
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces in industrial areas
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
- Standard PPE required (details provided on-site)
- Standard work attire required
