Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong medical-surgical and telemetry assessment skills
• Ability to work overnight nursing shifts and maintain excellent clinical judgment
• Comfort working in a team-based, resource pool environment
• Completion of required health, compliance, and onboarding documentation prior to start

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry patients and recognize changes in condition promptly
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
• Support patient education, discharge preparation, and overall unit flow
• Adapt to the needs of the resource pool while delivering reliable, patient-centered care
