Traveling Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Rate: 140K + Per Diem (multiple options for per diem)

Project site to start: Greenwood, IN (will be onsite 3 weeks + one long week home if not local)

Starting Project: Building a behavioral health center

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Commercial Healthcare Construction Superintendent

• Experience overseeing ground-up and renovation projects

• Strong knowledge of concrete, framing, and finish carpentry

• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and daily jobsite operations

• Proven experience enforcing jobsite safety standards

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and owners

• Computer proficiency (email, project software, expense reporting, photos, time entry, site management)

• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with restaurant, healthcare, warehouse, office, or design-build projects

• Previous experience working for a commercial general contractor

• OSHA certification

• Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc.)

Responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining a safe jobsite.
