Your Role Provide professional haircare services to residents including cuts, styling, and coloring Create a welcoming, relaxing experience for residents during salon visits Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon equipment and workspace Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and staff Manage your own schedule and appointments independently Supply necessary cosmetology tools and products required for services Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Who We’re Looking For Current Illinois Cosmetology License required 1–3 years of beautician or hairstylist experience preferred Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is a plus Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused personality Dependable and professional with strong communication skills Passionate about helping seniors look and feel their best Ready to Join Our Team?
