We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects while providing leadership and operational support to project managers and field teams. This role focuses on maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, coordinating field resources, conducting site inspections, and improving overall project execution from pre-construction through project completion.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular visits to active construction sites.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Review and maintain project schedules.
• Perform quality inspections and operational walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and construction procedures.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers to improve performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on project planning and execution.
• Coordinate schedules for field technicians, site supervisors, and cleaning crews.
• Allocate labor resources based on project priorities and manpower requirements.
• Support project turnovers, inspections, warranty work, and field operations.
• Balance field resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications and Certifications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience supervising project managers and field personnel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, manpower planning, and quality control.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to construction sites.

Preferred

• Multifamily construction experience.
• Experience managing field operations and labor scheduling.
• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
• OSHA 30
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• CCM (Certified Construction Manager)
• First Aid/CPR Certification
