When you join our team, you're not just starting a job—you're building a career with a company that truly cares about your success.Responsibilities:Process and verify all paperwork required for vehicle titling and registration for new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade transactionsAccurately submit title documents through Web Dealer and ensure timely completion of all DMV-related tasksReview titling schedules weekly and make corrections or issue refunds as neededTrack incoming titles and research any missing or delayed titlesMaintain compliance with state and federal title regulations and documentation requirementsProvide administrative and accounting support to management and other departments as neededMaintain confidentiality of all financial and customer informationAssist with general dealership accounting duties when requiredRequirements:3–5 years of automotive title clerk experience requiredWeb Dealer experience requiredReynolds and Reynolds experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred)Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)Opportunity for growth and advancement within the dealershipSupportive, family-oriented work environmentComprehensive benefits package (available after eligibility period)Join the Space City Toyota family and grow your career with a dealership that's different by design!
