K-8 Life-Skills & Motivation Coach

Alpha is hiring a full-time, on-site Career Coach to lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students. You will run daily motivation sessions, monitor Coachbot analytics, and drive students to complete weekly app goals while maintaining high engagement and strong rapport. You will evaluate progress with Test2Pass, adjust sessions for different ages, and serve as a reliable mentor who upholds high standards.
