Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior. Responsibilities Construction work with an emphasis on ductwork Show up on time. Do the job correctly the first time. All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting. Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment. Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work.
