These initiatives are designed to support high-performance computing, advanced analytics, and real-world AI applications.The organization offers a fast-paced, high-performance environment that values operational excellence, disciplined execution, and the ability to scale complex infrastructure in support of long-term growth.Due to the nature of this project, additional details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview processPosition OverviewThe Project Controls Manager / Project Manager serves as the architect of project execution—designing and managing the systems that govern schedule, cost, and change across a large-scale, multi-site construction program.This role establishes the single source of truth for project performance, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely data to drive decisions. You'll work cross-functionally with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors to drive alignment, accountability, and execution consistency.This is a highly visible role in a fast-paced, complex build environment where structure, accuracy, and forward-looking insight are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule Management & PlanningDevelop and manage master project schedules across multiple sitesPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategiesAlign field execution with milestones and overall program timelinesCost Control & Financial OversightOversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting across projectsImplement and manage earned value management (EVM) processesMonitor cost performance and provide actionable insightsChange Management & GovernanceEstablish and manage project-wide change control processesEnsure all changes are documented, evaluated, and approvedMaintain alignment across schedule, cost, and scopeReporting & Data AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metricsLead weekly and monthly reporting cadencesProvide forward-looking insights on risks and performance trendsProcess Development & StandardizationDesign scalable project controls systems and processesDrive consistency and accountability across stakeholdersEnsure data integrity across tools and reporting systemsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or cost/schedule managementStrong experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsExpert proficiency in Primavera P6Experience with cost control systems, scheduling methodologies, and reporting toolsPreferredExperience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)Exposure to 4D/5D BIM (schedule + cost integration)Experience in data analytics for predictive risk analysisBackground in data center or mission-critical constructionLocation & StructureRemote, with preference for Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston, TXTravel as needed to project sitesContract role with potential for long-term conversionWhy This OpportunityCentral role in driving execution across a large-scale AI infrastructure programHigh visibility with project and executive leadershipOpportunity to build and scale project controls systems from the ground upWork across multiple complex, high-impact construction projectsRepresentation/employer clarification:Augmentis is conducting this search on behalf of our client.
