Maintenance Assistant (10am-6pm Mon-Fri Every Other Weekend)

As a Maintenance Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing excellent maintenance and repair services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

• Conduct repairs and replacements of equipment, fixtures, and appliances

• Assist with general maintenance duties, such as painting, cleaning, and preparing areas for special events

• Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repair services

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Demonstrate a commitment to resident satisfaction and safety

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Atleast 1 years experience in maintenance work (non-negotiable).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
