Store Manager in TrainingBeck’s Princeton Locations
Looking for an opportunity to grow into leadership and learn what it takes to run a successful store?
Beck’s is looking for a Store Manager in Training to join our Princeton locations. This hands-on role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager position while learning daily operations, leadership, and team development alongside experienced managers.

- Train on daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
- Help lead shifts and support store teams
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Learn scheduling, inventory, and ordering processes
- Build relationships with vendors and understand product planning
- Learn store performance and financial operations
- Help create a positive and team-focused environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interested in growing into a Store Manager role
