Senior MERLA Advisor, Africa — Data for SRHR Impact

Ipas is seeking a Senior MERLA Advisor to enhance monitoring and evaluation across African nodes. This role requires technical support for MERLA skills and aims to improve project quality by implementing data-driven decisions. The advisor will also lead training and capacity strengthening activities. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree, at least 8 years of experience in global reproductive health, and familiarity with mobile data collection tools.
