Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days a week.
• Hours per day: 8
• Hours per week: 40
• EMR system: PCC & Net Health
• Patient Population/Caseload: Total Beds = 59 | Current Facility Census = 45
