What You'll Need:

• Active Oregon SLP Licensure (required)
• SLP-CCC certification and school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech/language disorders in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Experience creating and implementing intervention plans and maintaining accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct and consultative therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and staff to support students' speech and language objectives
• Maintain timely records and progress reports in compliance with school policies and legal regulations
