Shift: Day Shift & Second Shift
**Pay Range: **$30 - $32 /hr
Seeking candidates with 8–12 years of multi-axis CNC experience, including setup, operation, G-Code editing, blueprint/GD&T reading, and precision machining to ±0.0001". Must be skilled with precision measuring tools, CNC troubleshooting, and machining various materials.
Must-Have:
- 8–12 years CNC machining experience
- Multi-axis CNC setup and operation experience
- Experience withhorizontal and vertical multi-axis machines
- Ability towrite/edit G-Code
- Strong blueprint, drawing,GD&T, dimensions & tolerancesknowledge
- Proficient withmicrometers, calipers, gage pins, height gages, dial indicators
- Knowledge ofspeeds, feeds, RPM, tooling, fixtures, inserts, and cutting parameters
- Stronggeometry and trigonometryskills
- Experience machiningsteel, aluminum, titanium, nickel alloys, plastics, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot machines and adjust CNC programs
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- English communication skills
- Machinist apprenticeship/vocational training
- Mastercam/CAD-CAMand advanced CNC programming
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
