Caregiver - PRN
LEGENDSPARK
- Answer call lights promptly.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout your shift.
- Assist all residents in the activities of daily living according to their care plan (including but not limited to showering, dressing, toileting, etc.).
- Accurately measure, record and report vital signs of residents.
- Transport residents to and from meals and activities.
- Assist with delivering meals to resident rooms as necessary.
- Make beds as needed.
- Deliver and put away laundry as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality for all residents according to HIPPA Laws.
- Create Progress notes regarding behavior, concerns, etc.
- Follow up on and chart on all SPAs and behavior plans.
- Report complaints or grievances made by residents to the Director of Nursing.
- Participate and cooperate with any facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested by the Administrator or Director of Nursing Services.
- Other duties as assigned.
