Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RNThe Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations of the facility. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting high-quality, resident-centered care. The ADON plays a vital role in staff development, clinical oversight, and maintaining a positive and professional care environment.Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation, is more than a workplace!
