We are seeking a dedicated ED RN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals where we prioritize patient care and professional growth!


Qualifications for ED RN:

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
• 1 year of prior experience
• All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Key Responsibilities for ED RN:

• Provide high-quality care by assessing, planning, and executing tailored treatments for ER patients.
• Conduct swift and accurate triage, prioritizing patient needs based on urgency.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure effective coordination of patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient response.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
