We are seeking a dedicated ED RN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals where we prioritize patient care and professional growth!

Qualifications for ED RN:

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
1 year of prior experience
All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Key Responsibilities for ED RN:

Provide high-quality care by assessing, planning, and executing tailored treatments for ER patients.
Conduct swift and accurate triage, prioritizing patient needs based on urgency.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure effective coordination of patient care.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient response.
Maintain accurate documentation to support seamless communication and continuity of care.
Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
