Location: USA | Remote Contract: 12 Months+ Notice Period: 15 Days

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in guiding teams in successfully creating and delivering products. As a Scrum Master at Prama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Scrum teams live by the values and practices of Scrum.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and protect them from external interruptions.
• Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track progress through various metrics and report on team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
• Act as a servant leader, providing support and facilitating collaboration among team members.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
• A technical background in software development, testing, or project management is desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Knows agile development best practices and has scrum exposure.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Fast learner, ability to perform well in ambiguity and with little supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
