About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Application Developer specializing in the Real Estate & Facilities (REF) domain.
• This role involves designing, developing, and supporting applications such as TRIRIGA and related frameworks and technologies.
• The developer will focus on creating and modifying application components, integrating software packages, and working with various platforms.
• Key responsibilities include report development, interface creation, data conversions, and enhancements using TRIRIGA and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop application components for TRIRIGA and related technologies.
• Integrate software packages and work across various platforms.
• Develop reports, create interfaces, and perform data conversions.
• Enhance existing applications and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Conduct system impact analysis and migration assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application performance.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in TRIRIGA development or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of TRIRIGA object model, workflows, forms, state transitions, and platform configuration.
• Experience with MREF, platform upgrades, system impact analysis, and migration assessments.
• Proficiency in BIRT reporting, triggers, data loads, integrations (REST/SOAP/JMS), SQL, and performance tuning.
• Agile experience and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with TRIRIGA 11+.
• Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud-hosted TRIRIGA environments.
• Familiarity with the Maximo ecosystem.
