Primary Duties Assess residents and coordinate individualized treatment and recovery plans Monitor progress, community adjustment, and quality of care Train and supervise residential and peer support staff Maintain clinical, billing, and compliance documentation Conduct quality assurance and residential program checks Support residents with daily living, independence, and community integration Collaborate with families, guardians, and community providers Education/ Qualifications Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, or related field; Missouri clinical license preferred Qualified mental health professional with 2+ years of mental health experience, including 1+ year with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals Ability to manage complex issues, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities professionally Strong leadership, communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
