What you will do: Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and the Caterpillar PPO Network providers. Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data and provider data in line with company policies. Participates in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners. Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business. Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee and provider data in line with company policies. What you will have: Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Summary Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
