- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws
- Provide OB hospitalist coverage for in-house shifts at medical centers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
- Manage obstetric and gynecological cases during assigned shifts
- Attend to emergency cases and support labor/delivery units
- Ensure documentation adheres to facility protocols
- Participate in orientation and ongoing staff meetings
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety measures
- Active medical license in Arizona or be eligible to obtain it
- Experience in obstetrics and hospital medicine
- Strong clinical skills in OB/GYN care
- Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts
- Professionalism, excellent communication skills
- Valid medical certifications and credentials
