What You’ll Do Respond quickly to emergency situations (water, fire, mold, etc.) Perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job Communicate clearly with team members and customers - providing updates and reassurance during difficult times Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization Deliver top-quality work and take pride in getting the job done right You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience Enjoy working as part of a team Are motivated to learn and grow your skills Take pride in helping others in a time of need Want to make a difference in your community Enjoy hands-on, active work - indoors and outdoors Are dependable, adaptable, and ready to say "Yes" to new challenges If this sounds like you - apply today and start your career with SERVPRO Team CHG! Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays) Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related trades preferred IICRC certification a plus (training opportunities available!) Physical Demands & Competencies Lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help) Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces) Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials Additional Information Each SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
