Community Outreach & Recovery Counselor

Open Sky Community Services is seeking Outreach Counselors in Central Massachusetts to coordinate treatment with local agencies and families. You will deliver services under supervision, help clients engage in community activities, and support independent living goals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.
