PACKAGING/PRODUCTION HELPER

Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Packaging/Production Helper to join their team. As a Packaging/Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging/Production Helper Location: Columbia, SC Pay Range: $15.50/hr Shift: 2-hr shifts, 3 on/4 off & 4 on/3 off, every other weekend. AM shift 5:45am–6pm PM shift 5:45pm–6am. What's the Job? Load cartons onto the conveyor belt. Pull cartons off of the conveyor belt. Package products efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Lift up to 50lbs on occasion and stand or walk for prolonged periods. What's Needed? Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Team player with good communication skills. Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures. What's in it for me?
