Preferred Qualifications Home health experience preferred. Experience with OASIS documentation preferred. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 2000-0400. Weekly hour guarantee: 32 hours. On‑call/weekend requirement: No. Mileage reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient.
