Product Designer

The Coordinate team owns the workflows that sit at the heart of how organizations run: capturing work wherever it happens, and seeing it through to completion. We're building the experiences that users depend on today, while evolving them for a world where humans and agents execute together. When we get this right, Asana becomes the OS for human‑agent teams: the place where critical work doesn't just get tracked, but actually gets done. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office‑centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in‑office requirements. What you’ll achieve Lead the design of end‑to‑end experiences for Asana products and features Partner with cross‑functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions Champion product excellence. Elevate the quality bar for our experience and contribute to our design system Work across the organization to ship experiences that are cohesive with the broader Asana product experience, ensuring your design scales Facilitate and role‑model human‑centered problem solving. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
