Field Service Technician - Milwaukee, WI

What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch work at customer sites, break-fix/projects, deskside support.

What is the top required skill that candidates must have? To be an excellent communicator, to be able to show up to work on time on a daily basis and with a pleasant demeanor to service our customers.

What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9 to 6 with rotational evening and weekend on call a must.

How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1 year or equivalent college degree.

Do they need any specific certifications or education? Prefer a background in IT or college degree, any certs are a plus.

If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $18 to $21/hr depending on experience.

How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Typically a 50 mile radius from where they live, an occasional longer distance may be asked.

What is the exact work location or city, state, zip? Milwaukee/suburbs Wisconsin area.
