Body Shop Technician– Szott Auto Full-Time | Pay: $91,296.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Summary

We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team at Szott. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets our dealership's standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs and restorations on various vehicle makes and models.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs.

• Apply auto painting techniques to restore vehicle appearance.

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about repair processes and timelines. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

• Familiarity with auto glass replacement and restoration processes is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship in all repair work.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

• No weekends

Location:

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Waterford, MI 48328 (Required) prior to starting
