Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a large-scale Field Network and Operations organization responsible for maintaining connectivity and infrastructure across hundreds of office locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys process improvement, data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will help drive operational excellence by analyzing workflows, tracking initiatives, improving documentation, and providing reporting that enables informed business decisions. You'll work closely with technical and business stakeholders to support ongoing projects and ensure operational processes run efficiently.

• Analyze existing workflows, operational processes, and field support activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend and implement solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and operational guides.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and field activity progress to ensure successful execution.
• Create reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to support operational decision-making.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support ongoing operational and technical initiatives through project coordination and status reporting.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

• Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining professional documentation, process maps, and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience supporting network operations, telecommunications, infrastructure, or technical operations environments.
• Familiarity with project management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
• Experience building dashboards, operational reporting, and performance metrics.

This position plays an important role within a Field Network team that supports more than 300 office locations across the country. As the organization continues to manage a growing volume of operational initiatives, projects, and service requests, the Technical Analyst will provide critical support through coordination, reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, bringing structure to complex work, and helping teams execute efficiently.
