Job Description Engineering Manager:
- Lead a high-impact, multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, controls, systems) delivering cutting-edge material handling and automation solutions for Fortune 100 customers
- Own end-to-end engineering execution- from concept through deployment- driving projects that directly impact large-scale logistics and distribution operations
- Work hands-on across complex automation systems, influencing design decisions in controls, system integration, and advanced material handling technologies
- Drive real change by improving engineering processes, implementing lean methodologies, and elevating team performance in a fast-paced environment
- Partner closely with operations, manufacturing, and customers to bring innovative automation solutions to life
- Take full ownership of team performance, resource planning, and project delivery- your leadership will directly shape outcomes and growth
