RBT: Starting rate of $30.00 per hour.

CBT: Starting rate of $28.00 per hour.

Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through the WA Department of Health

Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus based on certification:

• RBT: $400
• CBT: $600
• RBT + CBT: $1,000

What You'll Do

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Collaborate & Communicate
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Support Operations
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Required
• Active RBT certification through the BACB or CBT certification through the WA Department of Health
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
• Preferred
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus based on certification:

• RBT: $400
• CBT: $600
• RBT + CBT: $1,000
• Payment Schedule: 50% of the sign-on bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment, with the remaining 50% paid after 120 days
• Repayment Requirement: The sign-on bonus must be repaid in full if employment ends within the first six months, subject to the terms and conditions of the sign-on bonus agreement
